A natural leader, Ben started out 20 years ago as an apprentice on the Sevaan Group factory floor.
Getting your hands dirty with some of your best mates is all part of a day’s work for Ben.

As Head of Accounts, Silvie makes sure the financial wheels at Sevaan Group are as well-oiled as the machines on the factory floor.
Silvie has been with Sevaan Group since 2016 and she credits the team for making it a joy to come to work each day.

When you speak with Matt, his drive and focus are readily apparent.
It’s also clear that he loves a challenge no matter if it’s a 10km uphill hike or encouraging his team to deliver above and beyond expectations.
FIPE FALEVAAI
Team Leader – Finishing
As Paint Shop Supervisor, Fipe manages our powder coating and wet spray finishing.
She ensures that the paint specifications match the client’s needs, while maintaining the highest quality throughout the whole process.
JOHN WALLBRIDGE
Team Leader – Inventory Control
Supervising inventory and dispatch, John makes sure the factory is fully stocked and ensures our clients get their products in a timely fashion.
His hard-working attitude and eye for detail are a perfect combination that make everything presented on our pallets look like artwork.

Team Leader – Afternoon Shift
After completing his apprenticeship at Sevaan Group four years ago, Alex has quickly risen through the ranks and now supervises the afternoon shift on the factory floor.
SOUREN KIRAZAN
Team Leader – Laser/Punch Press
Like most engineers, Souren likes order.
He likes to make sure everything is well organised and efficient systems are in place, and that makes him a perfect fit for Sevaan Group.
RUTH TAYLOR
Purchasing
Ruth has been part of the Sevaan Group family for over seven years, helping the company to grow bigger and better.
Within our administration team, Ruth takes care of the purchasing and knows how to negotiate a better price from our suppliers.
MARIANNE POKLER
Reception
Marianne has been with the Sevaan Group for nine years, learning, growing and supporting the team as the company has expanded.
She currently runs reception and processes payables and receivables, making sure our manufacturing team has their figures right.
